I had hand surgery due to Dupuytren's contracture. I had a similar procedure previously under private health care. My experience at Ashford was much better than even the private treatment. The care, treatment, professionalism and friendliness of all staff, and the follow up and post surgery care, were first class. I had hand therapy with Sarah, whose expertise and care ensured that I had almost a trouble free recovery. When I overdid it once, I contacted Sarah, and unbelievably she replied the same morning, I think within two hours, which was so reassuring and helpful. Being slightly older, you gain trust in certain people who care for you, and to have Sarah reply so quickly, gave me confidence that I'd be okay. The advice, support and care has been so good, I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

Ashford is a lovely friendly hospital the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble attending one's every need I love it it's quiet and the nursing is first class thanks to everyone who looked after me

Absolutely ridiculous over 90 minute wait, why can’t admin sort this out instead of making everyone come at the same time and we walk one mile to breast clinic in jasmine to collect a piece of paper them Walk down to ultrasound only to wait for 90 minutes. Rude rude rude

The doctor hasn’t even shown up so we were just sat here, so disrespectful I have left my newborn baby with grandparents for the first time and having to waste time just sitting here

My mother attended a bone density scan today at 10 am on 23/05/2021 at Ashford Hospital. She was treated very kindly and sympathetically. There is no current care plan so some of the above questions are n/a

I was treat with high regard in every respect from consultations with Mr Elliot at St Peters along time ago through to my operation with Mr Tsialogiannis and all the staff in every department through both Hospitals from start to finish. including all the people that supply the food for everyone unfortunatly they can not please everyone. The cleaning staff porters no hospital can survive without these people everyone takes a responsibility to make an engine work thankyou to everyone. Regards GLYNN WILKINSON.

A good idea for new users is to check the links well before the appointment. I normally use Firefox as my browser but only Google Chrome or Safari are compatible. Trying to realise this 5 minutes before my appointment is not a good idea.
